Happy International Women’s Day!
Monday 8th March marks International Women’s Day and I challenge you to sow a seed! To sow a seed for change, health and sustainability. Today also marks the re-launch of Tari’s Kitchen Garden.
Tari’s Kitchen Garden is a product of the love and sacrifices of all women who came before me. I will be sharing recipes and gardening tips with an emphasis on diversity in the food industry and its impacts on the holistic health and wellness of Diaspora communities. I invite you to join me on our journey in cultivating healthier communities - the revolution starts in our kitchen gardens.
