Blueberry + Coconut Yoghurt Milkshake

I am simply providing an ingredients list because I believe when it comes to milkshakes a flavour profile for inspiration is the most useful part as we all have different consistency preferences and quantity will vary depending on the amount being made. In the mornings I do not fancy getting the scales, measuring spoons and jugs out to make a milkshake. I intuitively cook…use my eyes and senses.

I favour a thin shake most of the time, however during breakfast I might have a thick shake for sustenance. I normally add a tablespoon of thick yoghurt if making it for one, which most of the time and a handful of fruit. I always eyeball the milk and taste as I go along. The addition of sugar to milkshakes is not something I practice because It deters from the freshness of the fruit so if I am in the mood for something a little sweeter I add more fruit.

Ingredients

blueberries

vanilla coconut yoghurt

blue milk or vanilla Blue milk

Method

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Pour in a glass and enjoy!
